Q. Are there any membership discounts?

A. If you are not a member, you can apply the cost of your admission to a new membership valid on the day of receipt at the membership desk. You get a 10% discount at our gift shop. You also get discounts on camps and some zoo activities.

Q. Is membership tax-deductible?

A. Yes, it is deductible for federal income tax purposes. Pine Grove Zoo is a qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, registered in the state of Minnesota.

Q. When will I receive my membership cards?

A. Your membership cards will be sent within 2 weeks from the day your membership is received at the Zoo. If you need them sooner, please be sure to let the main office know a week ahead to allow the processing of your membership. Note: Your membership begins at the time of purchase, not when the cards are received.

Q. I’ve lost my membership card. What should I do?

A. You can call the Zoo office at (320) 616-5595 or email info@pinegrovezoo.com to request a new card.

Q. Can I use my membership at other Zoos and Aquariums?

A. Yes, you can use your membership for entry to dozens of zoos and aquariums throughout the country for free or half price. Remember, each zoo has its own policies, and your membership privileges may not work the same way at each zoo. Please see HERE for the full list of reciprocal zoos.

Q. Can I purchase a gift of membership?

A. Yes! You can purchase a membership as a gift membership or renew for an existing membership.

Q. How can I change my address?

A. To change your mailing address or other contact information, please call the Zoo office at (320) 616-5595 or email at info@pinegrovezoo.com.

Q. How long does my membership last?

A. Memberships expire one year from month of purchase.
