Pine Grove Zoo is dedicated to making the zoo fun for all! Zoo staff and volunteers are always available to assist you with any questions or needs. We accommodate individuals with disabilities who wish to visit our zoo. The entire zoo is wheelchair and handicap accessible.
Parking – Free
There are 20 regular, 1 handicapped, and 4 bus/RV parking spaces available in the main lot near the admissions building. There are 10 additional spaces available in the overflow lot and 25 regular and 1 handicapped parking space available near Pine Grove Park.
Wheelchairs and Walkers – Free
All public buildings and paths are wheelchair accessible. Standard non-electric wheelchairs and walkers are available on a first come basis.
Wagons – Free
There are some wagons available on a first come basis.
Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are located next to the bear habitat across from the petting stables in the zoo as well as in the Pine Grove Park located next to the zoo. A diaper changing area is located inside the zoo bathrooms.
First Aid
Notify any zoo staff member or volunteer and a certified first aid, CPR, AED staff member will come to you to assist.
Service Animals
We welcome trained service animals and service animals in training into the zoo. Service animals must be properly identified, vaccinated, and leashed. Pets are not allowed.
Snacks and Box Lunches
We do not allow outside food in the zoo. We can store your food/lunches in our admission building for you. We also have a variety of box lunches, snacks, treats, and beverages to take care of those hunger pains and quench your thirst. (For large groups, please call ahead to order your box lunches.)
Pine Grove Zoo is a smoke-free facility.
