For ages 13 and older, join us for an interactive, behind-the-scenes experience that lets campers’ step into the world of wildlife care. Campers will explore basic veterinary procedures used to keep animals healthy, learn how zoo professionals monitor wellness, and get hands-on with safe, skill-building activities. The workshop will also feature a special talk with one of our Zoo veterinarians, who will share real stories from the field. There will also be operant training demonstrations that will show campers how positive reinforcement helps our animals participate in their own care. It’s the perfect blend of education, adventure, and wild discovery! Lunch, water bottle, and t-shirt are included.

Pre-registration is required. Cost is $125 per camper or $115 per member.
