Q. Are there any membership discounts?
A. If you are not a member, you can apply the cost of your admission to a new membership valid on the day of the receipt at the admissions desk.
Q. Is membership tax-deductible?
A. Pine Grove Zoo is a qualified 501(c) (3) non-profit organization, registered in the state of Minnesota. It is deductible for federal income tax purposes.
Q. When will I receive my membership cards?
A. Your membership cards will be sent within 2 weeks from the day your membership is received at the Zoo. If you need them sooner, please be sure to let the main office know a week ahead to allow the processing of your membership. Note: your membership begins at time of purchase, not when the cards are received.
Q. I’ve lost my membership card, what should I do?
A. You can call the Zoo office 320-616-5595 or email info@pinegrovezoo.com to receive new card.
Q. Can I use my membership at other zoos and aquariums?
A. You can use your membership for entry at dozens of zoos and aquariums throughout the country for free or half price. Remember, each zoo has their own policies and your membership privileges may not work the same way at each zoo. Please see the full list of reciprocal zoos.
Q. Can I purchase a gift of membership?
A. You can purchase a membership as a gift membership or renew for an existing member.

Q. How long does my membership last?
A. Memberships expire one year from date of purchase
